Wendy C. York

Wendy C. York, York Law Firm’s founding and lead attorney, obtained her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. York represents plaintiffs in wage-and-hour, class action, nursing home neglect, race discrimination, and personal injury suits. She has been recognized and won several awards for her achievements.

Jennifer Euler

Jennifer Euler, an associate attorney, obtained her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Her background in international and comparative law and criminal defense enhances her services to clients. Ms. Euler now represents plaintiffs in civil matters including personal injury, employment law violations, and elder abuse.

Shawnee Lane

Shawnee Lane is an associate attorney who represents plaintiffs in personal injury, employment, elder abuse, and other civil matters. Ms. Lane graduated from Gonzaga University with dual degrees in Political Science and Psychology before earning her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Rana Gerges

Rana Gerges is an associate attorney who represents plaintiffs in personal injury, employment, elder abuse, and other civil matters. Ms. Gerges received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis before earning her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Kristine McFadden – Administrative Assistant

Kristine McFadden is our administrative assistant. A Staten Island, New York native, Ms. McFadden graduated from Grace Institute of Business of New York in 1986. She then worked as a senior legal secretary for several corporate, real estate, and international law firms in Manhattan; as a legal assistant for two major insurance defense law firms in Sacramento; and as an Office Manager for a fourteen-attorney firm. Ms. McFadden joined York Law Firm in 2005.

Melissa Robie

Melissa Robie was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She obtained her paralegal certification from MTI Western in 1993. She has been working in the plaintiffs’ civil litigation arena since 1993, with an emphasis in complex litigation, automobile accidents, large truck accidents, elder abuse, and medical malpractice litigation.
Ms. Robie is the proud mother of two children, and every spare moment is spent with them and their many activities.
