Kai Hermann has a wealth of paralegal experience in a wide variety of litigation. He started his paralegal career with a small insurance defense firm in San Francisco where he was involved in managing support for two large breach of fiduciary duty cases. He then spent a year working for the U.S. Small Business Administration providing emergency financial assistance to those affected by the Northridge earthquake of 1994.

Up until now he has primarily worked for insurance defense firms in large litigation matters ranging from product liability to toxic tort issues. After over a dozen years of assisting in the defense of cases, Kai is extremely happy to be working on the plaintiff’s side and shepherding cases to justice for the little guy.

Kai was born in Sacramento and recently returned here. He is excited to be back in Sacramento and hopes to start a family with his wife here soon. Outside of work, Kai is a beer enthusiast and cinephile who enjoys writing about both experiences.
