Judge Pleads Guilty to Bribery – Nursing Home Negligence Verdict

Judge Michael Maggio Pleads Guilty to federal charges of accepting bribery to reduce a Nursing Home Negligence Verdict from $5.2 million to $1 million. Judge Maggio had planned to run for an Appellate Court seat. He was removed from the bench last year.
