Education & Professional Experience
Brian McFarlin’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury, elder neglect, and other civil matters. Before coming to York Law Firm, Mr. McFarlin gained considerable experience at both larger and smaller firms representing clients in various personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, construction defect, premises liability, contract, and general tort matters.
Mr. McFarlin graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2008, where he received Witkin Awards in Torts and Immigration. At law school, he was a Production Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and served as a Section Leader for the Hastings Academic Support Program.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. McFarlin graduated from the University of Michigan, where he earned degrees in political science and history.
Mr. McFarlin is a member of the California Bar, the CCTLA, and the CAOC.
