John G. Nowakowski Sacramento and Fairfield
John G. Nowakowski focuses primarily on representing victims and their families in lawsuits against neglectful nursing homes under California’s Elder and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act. With over a decade of experience as an attorney representing clients in California, Nevada, and Guam, Mr. Nowakowski relocated to Sacramento to fight for plaintiffs in Northern California. He has had success in numerous administrative hearings, trials, and appellate advocacy, as well as acting as lead counsel in a class action against a publicly-traded company.
Mr. Nowakowski was a member of Law Review at the University of San Diego School of Law where he also received a Master’s in Taxation Law. He currently resides in South Pocket with his wife, Christina, their daughter, Livia, and a Boston Terrier named Archimedes. John’s hobbies include classical guitar, chess, and film noir.
