Education & Professional Experience
Nicole earned her B.A. at U.C. Davis in 1996 and her J.D. from King Hall School of Law in 1999. While in law school she had an externship with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing with a focus on employment law. After graduation she worked for Legal Services of Northern California and then as an insurance defense attorney (representing defendants in auto accident and construction defect cases) with a large defense firm at its Sacramento office. In 2003 she began working at a premiere personal injury practice in Solano County representing personal injury plaintiffs, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product defect and medical malpractice cases and has maintained a passion for this kind of law ever since. In 2013 Nicole moved back to Sacramento representing plaintiffs in wrongful foreclosure matters and prosecuting cases against big banks on behalf of homeowners until joining York Law in 2017 and getting back to her passion.
Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, reading fantasy fiction novels, and downhill skiing.
